Matthew Morgan - Infratech Growth Partner

Matt Morgan is the Managing Director of Infratech Growth Partners Pty Ltd. He has more than 15 years investment management and executive management experience including direct investment venture capital (QIC) and growth equity with specialist skills in M&A and capital raisings for both public and private entities. He was a co-founder of Diversa sold to OneVue Holdings (ASX OVH) and is a co founder of Sensera Ltd (ASX:SE1) (IoT – Location Awareness). He is an experienced Non Executive Director of ASX and private equity funded Companies and is Australia’s first Kauffman Fellow. Matt  holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Applied Sciences and a Masters of Business Administration.


Dr. Steve Mahon - Infratech Growth Partners

Dr Steve Mahon is the CEO and co-founder of Armstrong Capital Management a UK based impact investor. Armstrong’s portfolio includes Infrastructure and Infratech investments across renewable energy, waste, agriculture and real estate. He is an experienced investment professional and business entrepreneur with a long career in managing and investing equity and debt in growth businesses in the environmental sector. Steve has a first class degree and PhD in Geophysics and Planetary Physics.

Ross Israel - Infratech Growth Partners

Ross Israel is Head of Global Infrastructure at QIC where he co-founded Global Infrastructure (GI) in 2006. He provides overall leadership to the team and has oversight of all the team’s investment.
He has more than 24 years of experience in the field of corporate finance and funds management with specialist skills in infrastructure, capital raisings and M&A.
He is currently a director of CampusParc (Ohio State University Car Parking), and an alternate director of Brisbane Airport Corporation and Port of Brisbane.  Ross holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws.

Tibor - Infratech Growth Partners

Tibor Schwartz joined QIC Global Infrastructure in early 2017as a Senior Consultant.  His focus is on supporting the active core asset management strategy, with respect to driving sustainable improvement in operations, via innovation and the assessment and selective adoption of emerging technologies across the investment portfolio.
Tibor has 27 years’ experience from leading ICT, telecom, management consulting and fund managers, including Telstra, Ericsson, NBN & Partners in Performance. 
Tibor holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters in Science (University Medal).
